My fitness adventures in Dubai began with boot camps and barefoot running on JBR's painful cobbled paths (and I've still got the x-rays to prove it). Since then I've gone on to try everything the emirate has to offer from CrossFit to yoga, and reported it on here. If there's a fitness fad sweeping the region, a sporting event taking place, or a new opened gym on the block, you can get the honest inside track here. Happy reading and stay healthy.
